UPS is the preferred small package carrier for IDG and we offer all UPS services. While most shipments move as UPS Ground, we can also utilize the following LTL carriers: UPS Freight, Southeastern Freight, AAA Cooper, New Penn and Peninsula.

E-Z Return Policy
IDG will accept returns of standard items in original packaging and condition within 10 days of shipment. Please call 800.932.3746 for assistance.
